.at Domain Info

The release date of deleted domains is not known in advance exactly. Domains are not released immediately after deletion by the registry – they will be in a so called "cool down" period for a few weeks. All domains in this status can be ordered at realtime.at.
Always Monday 2:00 p.m. is the last chance to order domains – valid for all domains which are online in the current list.
Depositing a security is necessary to order .at domains.
The initial bid is EUR 50.-; further bids in steps of 100.- / 200.- / and so on.
Domains, which have NO bid at the end of ordering, can be ordered in our system for only 20.- Euro as long as they are still quarantined. You can NOT be outbidden for these orders!

Anyone, individuals, organisations and companies can register an .at domain name.
It is no problem to transfer already registered domains to realtime.at – please contact us for special conditions.
If you want to TRANSFER your domain to another provider (REG-TRANSFER) please ask your new provider to initiate the TRANFER. There is no need of a confirmation of any kind from us. On receiving this TRANSFER request, nic.at issues an automatic email to the current registrant requesting him/her to confirm the TRANSFER via a web interface.
For changing the owner of a domain name either ask your the current provider to initate an OWNERCHANGE or the new registrar can do it within the REG-TRANSFER.
