Order

In our system you can order "pending delete" domains in TLDs supported by us. Orders can be made through our auction-system,
End of ordering is weekly, always Monday 2:00 p.m.
Orders have to be placed before the domain actually drops and can be catched by our system for you.
Order without risk! No costs incurred in case of unsuccessful registration!
You find the minimum offer per domain in the menu on the left side in the respective TLD DOMAIN INFO. The earlier bid is regarded as the most successful in the event of numerous highest bids of the same amount. If you are outbidden you get an e-mail automatically and you can also see this in the customer area.
10 minute ANTI-SNIPE SYSTEM
Bidding end is alway Monday, 2:00 p.m. But bidding will be extended by exactly 10 minutes if a new highest bid is received within the last 10 minutes before the auction closes. Bidding time will be extended by a further 10 minutes if another bid is received during the extended period etc. etc.
So if you are overbidden, you have always 10 minutes time ro react.
(From 3 p.m. on it will not be possible to bid on any domain anymore; but we don't expect that any bidding will go to this "hard end".)
Domains, which have NO bid at the end of ordering, can be ordered in our system from Monday 3:00 p.m. on for 20.- Euro (.DE 10.- Euro) only. This is possible until one day before the release date. You can NOT be outbidden for these orders anymore. You are able to find the details under the respective TLD DOMAIN INFO.

Security deposit

Why deposit a security? We always register the domain for our clients (except .de domains) – that means that in case of a successful registration you are the owner of the domain directly. To avoid unreliable orders and to keep the incurred expenses to a minimum we have decided to demand a security deposit.

Customers who have paid a security deposit are able to see our complete list of to be released domains.
You can order domains without depositing a security. But you can be the highest bidder on up to 5 domains only, with a maximum bid of 50.- Euro, and you are not allowed to outbid other customers. Please send us an e-mail if you are interested in this "small activation" of your account.
Please keep in mind that accounts which are not fully avtivated can see a limited list of to be released domains only.
.de domains can be ordered and outbidden without depositing a security. For these domains it is technical not possible to know the date of release – that’s also the reason why these domains are registered in advance. Not until we have received the payment the domain will be transferred to the customer.
A security of at least 1,000.- Euro per customer is required in order to be able to order domains. You can bid for as many domains as you like with and be the highest bidder on up to 10 domains (without any price limit). You can already be the highest bidder on up to 100 domains for a security of 5,000.- Euro and above. (The security is independent of the VAT value; it is always to be deposited net.)
The security, less the accrued amounts for successfully registered domains, is refunded at 100%. A refund (or reduction) is possible at any time. But you are no longer allowed to be the highest bidder in any domain at this point in time.
Domain costs are due and to be paid immediately in the event of successful registration.
Not paid domains count as highest bid further on.
