Immediately after creating your account you are assigned to accountlevel „Start“. We differentiate between the 3 different account levels.

Start - Basic – Profi

Immediately after creating a customer account. Catch-orders and new registrations are not possible.

Please verify your e-mail address, to upgrade your account to „Basic“.

You have successfully verified your email address. Please contact us if your account is still not activated for max. 3 catch orders.

In case of successfully catched domains the ordered domains will be registered with a trustee handle and will be assigned to you when your invoice is paid.

To upgrade your account to the unrestricted level „Pro“, we expect you to make a deposit (security).

For customers with an accountlevel „Pro“ we always register domains to the name of the customer, i.e. you directly become the domain owner.

To keep „fun-bidders“ and the resulting costs at a minimum, we decided to insist on a security deposit for the accountlevel „Pro“.

With a security deposit of minimum EUR 1,000.- you can join as many biddings as you like and be highest-bidder for 10 domains with an unlimited bid-amount.

Deposits starting from EUR 5,000.- allow you to be highest-bidder for 100 domains. (the deposit is independent of your tax rate, it always has to be paid as net.

A refund (respectively reduction) of your deposit to a 100 percent is always possible.

You cannot however be highest-bidder at this time (possible unsettled invoices will be deducted before refunding).
